About the Job:
As a Technical Content Writer, you will be instrumental in shaping the narrative around our products and technologies by collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. You'll play a pivotal role in creating content that educates, informs, and inspires our audience while showcasing the value of our offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research, plan, and produce technical content including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, documentation, and more.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and subject matter experts to understand complex technical concepts and translate them into clear, concise, and compelling content.
• Develop content strategies aligned with product roadmaps and business objectives to support marketing and communication initiatives.
• Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand voice and style guidelines.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes to inform content creation efforts.
• Work closely with marketing and design teams to enhance content visibility and engagement through various channels including website, social media, email, and more.
• Gather feedback from internal and external stakeholders to continuously improve content quality and relevance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Technical Content Writer, Technical Writer, or similar role in a technology-driven environment.
• Strong understanding of SAAS Products.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy, clarity, and consistency in written communication.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with SEO best practices and keyword research tools.
• Familiarity with content marketing strategies and analytics platforms.
• Previous experience in a technology startup or high-growth environment.
• Portfolio showcasing a range of technical writing samples across different formats and channels.
