System analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented System Analyst to join our team. This role will be critical in maintaining and upgrading systems, analyzing technical needs, and ensuring optimal system performance.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and define functional and technical specifications for system upgrades and enhancements

• Configure, maintain, upgrade, and manage servers to ensure system reliability and performance.

• Generate and design detailed reports on system performance and analysis for management and business units.

• Document procedures for full lifecycle projects, including planning, implementation, and maintenance.

• Develop and lead software testing and validation procedures, ensuring compliance with quality standards.

• Oversee programming tasks to ensure code quality and adherence to project specifications.

• Document all aspects of the software development and testing processes.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system upgrades and new implementations.

• Provide technical support and guidance to users during system upgrades and enhancements.

• Continuously assess and enhance system performance by implementing necessary upgrades.
