Key Responsibilities:· Regularly update existing ServiceNow applications to ensure compatibility with new ServiceNow releases and features· Certify applications by ensuring they meet ServiceNow standards and guidelines· Tracking changes in future certifications and providing requirements for updates to meet certifications.· Work closely with the ServiceNow Certification Team to address any issues raised during the certification process· Fix bugs, resolve technical issues, and ensure compliance with ServiceNow Store requirements· Manage the end-to-end process of certifying and publishing applications to the ServiceNow Store· Ensure application performance and reliability post-upgrade· Design, develop, and implement new applications using ServiceNow, integrating them with BlueCat products· Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into functional applications· Develop and document best practices for BlueCat product integrations within ServiceNow· Create and customize Spokes for ServiceNow integrations· Provide technical expertise to optimize integration strategies for scalability and performance· Collaborate with technical project managers, integration architects, and software architects to deliver high-quality solutions· Stay up-to-date on ServiceNow best practices, platform updates, and emerging trends· Contribute to ongoing improvement of development processes, automation, and system performance Qualifications:· Minimum of 2 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer· Proficient in developing and maintaining ServiceNow applications, including ServiceNow updates and releases· Experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and custom spoke development· Knowledge of web technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST APIs· Knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, CMDB or other ServiceNow modules· Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities· Excellent communication and collaboration skills Preferred Certifications:· ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
