LikeMinds: Plug-and-play infrastructure for building in-app chat and feed

LikeMinds is founded by Nipun Goyal (IIT Delhi, ex-Curofy cofounder, Forbes 30u30) and
Natesh Relhan (ex-Curofy Android Lead, ex-Hotstar, Open source contributor). We are
funded by multiple reputed VCs and angel investors.

The role is based out of Gurgaon. However, we are not completely offline and are accepting
candidates who can come to the office 1-2 days a week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify Potential Customers: Conduct research and lead generation to find
• potential customers.
• CRM Management:Update customer and prospect data to ensure CRM accuracy.
• Industry Monitoring: Track industry trends and share insights with the sales team.
• Campaign Execution: Assist in planning, executing, and tracking various marketing
• campaigns.
• Data Reporting: Collect, analyse, and report on campaign metrics to evaluate
• performance.
• Marketing support: Analyse marketing campaigns to improve audience targeting.
• HR Support: Assist in hiring, onboarding, off-boarding, and other administrative
• tasks.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Business, Marketing, or a
• related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Familiarity with CRM software and lead generation tools is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and remotely.
• Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges

Stipend: INR 15,000 per month for the initial 6 months and Rs. 25,000 after that
