Cordance is seeking a Director of Demand Generation will play a pivotal role in leading a team of marketers in a specific industry division to deliver a strong pipeline of quality leads for our Business Units (BUs). We are looking for a creative problem solver who executes can guide marketing resources on how to optimize multi-channel campaigns. Your ability to confidently identify, advocate for, and measure ROI-positive channels and tactics will be critical to our success.
This is a fully remote role, candidates must reside in the US
Responsibilities:
*Lead Management & Pipeline Accelerations: *
- Develop and oversee inbound demand generation campaigns with BU marketers, aligning strategies with BU goals, ensuring high-quality MQL identification, optimizing MQL-to-SQL transitions, and troubleshooting bottlenecks to enhance pipeline coverage and lead conversion
- Collaborate with RevOps and leadership to maintain data integrity, track conversions, analyze lead performance, and refine campaign strategies, fostering cross-functional alignment on lead quality, demand forecasting, and revenue goals
New Acquisitions:
Post-Acquisition Integration & Cross-Portfolio Collaboration
- Integrate new BUs with demand generation strategies focused on immediate and long-term growth, standardizing lead management, automation, and reporting to align with Cordance’s GTM framework
- Develop best-practice playbooks for demand generation and lead nurturing, and coordinate large-scale cross-BU campaigns to maximize division-wide impact
Performance Metrics, Team Leadership & Vendor Management
- Track KPIs to ensure demand generation aligns with sales and revenue goals, leveraging data to continuously improve campaigns and identify new opportunities
- Mentor BU marketing teams, addressing skill gaps as needed, and manage vendor relationships to deliver impactful, on-budget campaigns on time
Success Criteria:
- Increased MQL and SQL volumes, improved lead conversion rates, and pipeline acceleration
- Sustained marketing-attributed revenue growth aligned with BU objectives
- Smooth integration of new acquisitions into demand generation processes
Qualifications:
- 8 plus years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or related roles in the SaaS industry in an active M&A “roll up” environment or muti-product platform
- Proven track record of driving successful demand generation campaigns and achieving quality lead generation and revenue targets
- In-depth and demonstrated knowledge of demand generation tactics, including email marketing, content marketing, paid advertising, SEO/SEM, social media, webinars, events, and marketing automation
- Demonstrated proficiency in using marketing automation platforms (e.g., Hubspot Marketing Automation), and overall expertise in helping build the martech stack
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving measurable business outcomes
- Strong experience in measuring the effectiveness of marketing activities
