The Role (Contract)
Lark is seeking a Senior Product Manager focused on funnel optimization, you will own the strategy and execution of our enrollment funnel, ensuring a seamless, data-driven experience from initial engagement through eligibility verification and onboarding. In this role, you’ll work closely with Growth and Marketing to optimize paid media performance and increase conversions, driving meaningful improvements across all user journey stages. This is a 6-month contract role.
What You’ll Do
End-to-End Funnel Ownership: Define and execute a cohesive strategy for our enrollment funnel, optimizing each stage to improve conversion rates and deliver measurable outcomes.
Collaborative Growth Support: Work with Growth and Consumer Marketing to enhance ad targeting, click-through rates, and landing page performance, capturing high-quality leads and supporting campaign initiatives.
Eligibility and Survey Optimization: Refine the eligibility check and survey processes, minimizing friction and maximizing completion rates while maintaining accuracy and compliance.
Data-Driven Experimentation and Insights: Conduct A/B tests and leverage analytics to understand and address key points of friction, continuously enhancing user engagement across the funnel. Experience with data-informed strategies and experimentation methods is essential.
Cross-functional coordination: Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams to ensure smooth implementation and alignment on funnel goals, consistently iterating based on real-time performance data.
What You’ll Need
Practical knowledge of product management practices including roadmap development, concept validation, requirements definition, and feature prioritization
A proven track record of funnel optimization experience
Intellectual curiosity and a track record of solving problems
Keen attention to detail and good judgment for when something is “user-ready”
Project management skills, ability to juggle multiple projects and prioritize
Deep understanding of agile methodologies and JIRA/Confluence or similar tools
Ability to derive insights from quantitative and qualitative data
Ability to visualize consumer behavior through metrics
Deep experience in a healthcare or regulated environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
