IT Application Engineer (Finance apps)

We are looking for an IT Application Engineer to develop high-quality solutions within corporate business applications, with a focus on the finance domain. The ideal candidate will have strong application knowledge and will use their initiative to develop and improve processes and procedures, ensuring the delivery of effective and efficient solutions that meet business needs.

Your new adventure:

• Develop and support solutions that comply with security policies and procedures
• Collaborate as a technical expert in finance applications with internal stakeholders to build solutions that meet business needs
• Automate processes to improve efficiency and security
• Provide internal technical support within the domain, working with internal teams and 3rd party vendors
• Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures
• Optimize applications by integrating new technologies and performing upgrades
• Document development processes, procedures, and application version histories
• Support the analysis, development, and delivery of quality solutions to business stakeholders

Does this sound like you?

• 3+ years of engineering experience with business or finance applications management
• Proficient knowledge of compliance and security requirements when working with access control
• Experience working within processes to deliver defined solutions
• Proficiency in API management, system integrations, and scripting/programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) to build and maintain efficient solutions.
• Level 2 support in troubleshooting support issues
• Experience working as part of a team
• Working with others within a solution lifecycle
• Experience working collaboratively with stakeholders across business functions
