Location: Washington DC, San Francisco, Toronto.
Clipbook is looking for a results-driven Growth Associate with excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out and engage customer prospects at a fast-growing startup. This role will focus on the public affairs, public relations, advocacy, and commercial / corporate market segments. This includes a range of responsibilities and areas of ownership, including pipeline generation, managing relationships with target accounts, and building out in and outbound lead gen systems. We expect top candidates to quickly grow to take leadership positions within our team to help drive broader demand generation functions for the Growth & Partnerships team at Clipbook.

Responsibilities
- Drive topline revenue generation through rapid, high-value sales process
- Source and reach out to leads through resourceful outbound engagement
- Present and promote our service to prospective clients
- Establish and develop positive client relationships
- Meeting and exceeding targets with precision and efficiency
- Collaborating with team members to optimize outreach efforts
- Track and analyze data to refine strategies and maximize effectiveness
- Engage sales targets across customer archetypes (campaigns, non-profits, advocacy orgs, government, public affairs, communication firms, etc.)
Job skills/experience required
- Highly motivated and results-oriented with intense responsiveness, coachability, and a strong drive to succeed.
- Excellent sales hustle; communication skills, and energy.
- Prior sales or recruiting experience preferred but not required.
- Basic familiarity with sales CRM or similar tools (e.g. HubSpot, Apollo.io, etc.)
- Adaptability and willingness to thrive in a nimble, execution-focused startup.
- Familiarity with the communications, public affairs, or PR space is a plus; familiarity with the political, non-profit, advocacy, or government space also a plus.
- Bachelor’s Degree.

Hours & working model: Full time, hybrid, with travel for key industry conferences and events; flexible PTO and sick days.
Compensation: Competitive based on sales performance with OTE of $60K-80K+ with on-target performance.
