Implementation Specialist

Role Overview:

As an Implementation Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring customers have a seamless experience when onboarding and integrating various products. You will guide clients through product setup, campaign strategy development, integrations, training, and testing. The ideal candidate will have excellent project management skills, a passion for problem-solving, and the ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during the onboarding process to ensure successful implementation of the product.
• Provide hands-on support in the technical setup, ensuring all configurations are completed accurately and in alignment with the project timeline.
• Deliver training sessions via phone or videoconference, educating customers on how to effectively use the products.
• Offer strategic guidance on initial product strategies and campaigns to help customers get the most value from the solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Customer Success, Engineering, etc.) to address roadblocks and ensure customer success throughout the implementation process.
• Actively contribute to improving and scaling the implementation process for efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing ongoing support and guidance throughout the implementation phase.

• Strong relationship management skills, excelling in communication with VP- and C-suite leaders.
• Ability to manage multiple, simultaneous software implementations for diverse clients.
• Skilled in researching, troubleshooting, and solving complex software issues.
• Effective project management skills, with a focus on creating organized plans that ensure customer success post-onboarding.
• Strong collaboration skills, capable of accurately conveying client requests to cross-functional teams and driving solutions.
