Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Zero-Knowledge Proofs (ZKPs), including zk-SNARKs, zk-STARKs, and other privacy-preserving technologies.
• Drive the cryptographic strategy for integrating ZK-based privacy solutions into our blockchain platform.
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and researchers to develop secure, scalable cryptographic protocols for decentralized ecosystems.
• Conduct advanced research in cryptographic technologies, ZK attestations, and privacy-enhancing cryptosystems to ensure our platform is at the cutting edge.
• Mentor and grow a team of cryptography experts, fostering a culture of innovation and security-first development.
• Maintain relationships with academic institutions, cryptography communities, and industry bodies to stay ahead of technological advancements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in cryptography, with a focus on blockchain technology and Zero-Knowledge Proofs.
• Expertise in designing and implementing zk-SNARKs, zk-STARKs, and other cryptographic primitives.
• Strong background in applied cryptography, privacy-preserving technologies, and distributed systems.
• Experience leading cryptography teams and working closely with engineers to bring cryptographic innovations to production.
• Proven research and publication record in cryptography, ZK proofs, or blockchain technologies.
• PhD or Master’s in Cryptography, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
• Deep understanding of DeFi protocols, scaling technologies, and blockchain infrastructure.
