JD – QA Engineer
A quality analyst plays a crucial role in ensuring that products and services meet the desired quality standards. They are responsible for monitoring and evaluating the quality of products, processes, and systems to identify areas for improvement.
This is a QA Engineer role. We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Quality Analyst to join our awesome team. The QA Lead will be responsible for leading the quality assurance team, overseeing all quality control processes, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality products to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing, automation testing, and quality assurance methodologies.
Lead Quality Analyst is extremely important for TransFi's success, so your role will play a crucial part in achieving our business standards and objectives. We are expecting you to have experience and a big passion for Payments, Fintech and Web3, which is the space TransFi operates in.
You must be a high energy, entrepreneurially minded individual that has a strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and techniques. You should be willing to learn and work across diverse geographies and talent profiles. Web3 is constantly evolving. What you worked on last month may not be what you work on today.

Job responsibilities: What you'll do

• Conducting quality assurance tests and inspections to identify defects and deviations from quality standards.
• Developing and implementing quality control processes to ensure consistency and reliability in products and services.
• Analyzing data and performance metrics to identify trends and potential issues related to quality.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address quality concerns and implement corrective actions.
• Creating and maintaining documentation of quality standards, procedures, and test results.
• Developing and implementing training programs to improve quality awareness and capabilities within the organization.
• Participating in audits and regulatory compliance activities to ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations.
• Providing feedback and recommendations for process improvements and quality enhancements.
• Monitoring and tracking quality performance indicators to measure success and effectiveness of quality initiatives.
• Staying informed about emerging trends and best practices in quality management to continuously improve processes and systems.

Required Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in Quality Analysis specifically with a strong background in Automation testing.
• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and techniques
• Track record of designing and implementing automated test scripts and experience with tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Appium, or similar automation tools.
• In depth knowledge of Quality Analysis in Web3 - including KYC, KYB, transaction monitoring and crypto monitoring
• Good knowledge and experience with fintech and payments
• Go-getter and entrepreneurial
