Senior Product Manager-Equity-Paytm Money ( Candidate from Broking only)

About Us: Paytm Money is a Stock Broking Firm, we provide following services to our customers: Investments in Equity, Mutual Funds, ETFs, Bonds, NPS. Trading in F&O Derivative Markets, Market Analysis & more. We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Product Manager to join our team and drive the success of our Equity Business.

Responsibilities:*** Understand Customer Needs:Know the pain points of a layman user & solve it with UI/UX/UJ. ***Product Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive product strategies that align with the company's overall vision and goals.*** Market Analysis:Conduct thorough market research to identify customer needs, trends, and competitive landscape.Product Roadmap:Create and manage a prioritized product roadmap, balancing short-term objectives with long-term vision.** Feature Definition: Define product features and requirements, ensuring they meet customer needs and business objectives.Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product development and launch.Product Launch: Oversee product launches, including go-to-market strategies, marketing campaigns, and customer education.**Product Performance:Track and analyze product performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize product offerings.Customer Feedback: Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product decisions and drive continuous improvement.Analytics: Experience with data analysis and data-driven decision-making.Revenues:The product owned, will also be linked to Revenues/AOP targets, since this is a senior PM role. *Qualifications:*** Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field.* 4+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the Stock Broking Industry.* Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and agile development methodologies.* Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products.* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across teams.* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Domain Knowledge (Preferred):Equity Stocks* Margin Pledge* Margin Trade Funding* Buy Backs, OFS, CA etc.
