The Information Technology team at Rubrik influences business processes, employee experience, and technologies to scale our organization to $1B+. This team creates operational efficiency across the company by centralizing the management of Infrastructure, Technology, and Data. The IT team ensures all stages of the software development lifecycle in a secured environment and scrutinizes the deployment of proper processes along with governance. They champion Rubrik on Rubrik and are the first customers of the Engineering teams at Rubrik.
Rubrik Corp IT is constructed of 100% SaaS and 0% on-premises. The IT team caters to accelerated enhancement of business value and multiple day-to-day business processes through our varied SaaS applications like Salesforce.com, Oracle Netsuite, Workday, Snowflake, Etrade, jitterbit, Allocadia, etc. This team also delivers high-paced business outcomes with 100% system uptime backed by agile, nimble, simple, but cohesive Cloud architectures.
What you’ll do:
- The ERP Systems NetSuite Developer/Support is a key role within the Product Operations IT Team.
- Assist with all things related to the production support and system stability of our core order to invoice system. We are looking for a resource who has the ability to “roll up their sleeves” to solve end user issues, provide exceptional user support and find new ways of automating manual tasks.
- Provide day to day NetSuite support/bugfix to our end users
- Support end users in saved searches, reports, KPIs and dashboards
- Ability to do Unit Testing for bug fixes
- Monitor and maintain the ongoing system integrations between NetSuite and other upstream/downstream applications
- Working experience with third-party vendors to provide technical support, research, troubleshooting and be able to resolve issues in a timely manner
- Develop solutions in suitescript on production issue
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of NetSuite functionality on new releases, customizations and integrations
- Collaborate with cross-track teams to troubleshoot business system related issues
- Support shift: Night hours- 8:00 AM PST to 5:00 PM PST
Experience you’ll need:
- 5+ years of experience in NetSuite development/support
- 5+ years of experience in backend JavaScript
- Experience with SuiteScript 1.0 and 2.0
- SuiteCloud Developer II or NetSuite Administrator Certification a plus
- Experience in Order to Invoice process preferred
- Hands on experience with custom fields, workflow, layouts, records, reports, saved search and role permissions.
- Good communication skill to work with global team
- SOX or ITGC’s experience preferred
- Experience in ticketing systems like JIRA
- Ability to reprioritize tasks and manage time to deliver results on requests
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science
