About the job:

At Stimuler, where we are leveraging AI to improve global communication. As a Backend Engineer, you will be crucial in building novel AI-powered product experiences. You will work with a team of engineers and researchers to design and implement key components of our product and platform.

Responsibilities:

• Full-stack engineering, but focused on creating scalable backend systems.
• Debugging complex streaming issues.
• Work on different parts of the development cycle, from conception to production
• Write code very quickly, ship frequently, and make a huge impact on our business
• Collaborating across disciplines, including research, product, and designers, to fill gaps and ship products.

Must Haves:

• Proven experience working as a Backend Engineer with Python (OOP in practice), preferably in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated with a willingness to take ownership of tasks.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Strong product sense: the ability to think broadly/cross-functionally about product experiences
