Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Rebate & Contract Specialist to join our dynamic team and support our growth and efficiency goals.

Position Summary:
The Rebate & Contract Specialist is responsible for managing and tracking rebate programs, and ensuring compliance with supplier/consumer contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

Rebate Program Management:

• Manage rebate programs with suppliers and customers to maximize financial returns for the company.
• Track and monitor rebate agreements to ensure accurate and timely collection and disbursal of rebate funds.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive rebate database to facilitate efficient tracking and reporting.

Contract Management:

• Draft, review, and negotiate supplier/consumer contracts to ensure favorable terms and compliance with company policies.
• Maintain a centralized contract repository and ensure all contracts are up-to-date and easily accessible.
• Monitor contract performance and compliance, addressing any issues or discrepancies in a timely manner.

Preferred Education, Experience & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in rebate management, contract negotiation, or a related role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and act on complex data sets.
• Excellent communication skills, with a proven track record of building strong supplier relationships.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
