The Role

Our company

Moxie enables nurses to become entrepreneurs, and grow successful, independent businesses. MedSpas are booming, regulated practices that provide aesthetics services like botox, fillers, and more.

Today, 80% of them in the US are individually owned and operated and we want to keep it that way. We provide our entrepreneurs the tools and expertise to operate with the scale of a large chain while remaining independent.

We are a well-funded Series A startup with many happy customers and are growing to help make more entrepreneurs. That’s where you come in.

We’re looking for a Marketing Project Manager who will operate, improve, scale and expand the Marketing Services we offer to our clients, so that they in turn can grow their MedSpa business in their local market. Our growth model has worked well, we’re seeing great CPL and profitable LTVs, and want a dedicated, focused owner of this operation and team of assistants.

This is an excellent opportunity for you if you want to prove that you can scale a marketing program. You’ll build on something that already works, and build the track record of taking it to the next level. You’ll manage systems, processes, and a team to deliver ongoing marketing services for 150+ clients and launch 20+ new clients every month.

Just as importantly, we’re also expanding our service offerings to provide more customization, new media and creative support, and additional channels. Here, you have the opportunity to lead an important function as we experiment, iterate, and expand.

You'll be the right hand of the Provider Marketing Lead to help bring the vision for growth to life. You are probably a type-A organizer who can take a half-baked solution and quickly develop it into a scalable process that can be executed by offshore assistants.

What success looks like

Within you 3 months, you:

  • Oversee day-to-day execution of SOPs for website creation and CRM implementation to maintain SLAs, improve QA, and are proactive about status/problems/performance

  • Have streamlined our Meta advertising account management from launch to optimization to scaling, resulting in 90% of new accounts performing well enough to increase budget within 2 months.

  • Hired and managed offshore assistants, developed and implemented new SOPs for Meta advertising management, designed training opportunities to level up their skills, as well as created developmental and improvement projects to work on in their downtime.

After 6 months, you:

  • Have implemented a new project management solution that provides a single source of truth for all client communications, activities, and actions. Any stakeholder can find out what’s going on in self-service 8 out of 10 times.

  • Rinse and repeat as the team adds new channels and services

After 12 months, you:

  • Developed an organization strategy to support our next phase of growth, improving productivity and performance with project managers owning each service area.

We’re looking for:

  • Strong orchestrator and project manager: makes order out of chaos, strong at figuring out how to make something work and takes other people along.

  • Optimizer: geeks out over a great process, will get into the details, uses technology

  • Proficient in B2C/B2B2C marketing, probably 3+ years experience probably in marketing agency or a similar role

  • Good with people: manages offshore staff effectively, works well across teams, and with clients.
