RentRedi is a hyper-growth tech company seeking an Business Development Manager to build on our partnership GTM motion.

Our cloud platform is modern, end-to-end landlord software that streamlines self-management of rental properties to make financial freedom attainable. We are the fastest-growing property management software dedicated to growing our product, customers, and team. For our 30,000+ landlords and property managers, RentRedi provides an all-in-one dashboard that enables them to collect rent, list properties, screen tenants, sign leases, handle accounting, and manage maintenance. RentRedi has partnered with platforms including Stripe, Plaid, Latchel, TransUnion, TSYS, Sure Insurance, Zillow , Realtor.com and Doorsteps to create the best experience possible. For 180,000+ tenants, RentRedi’s easy-to-use mobile app allows them to apply, pay rent, report rent payments to credit bureaus, auto-pay, sign leases, and submit maintenance requests.

Role:

  • Develop and execute a plan for building partnerships that drive acquision
  • Track and report KPIs to management team weekly
  • Work with marketing, sales and support to drive success of partnerships
  • Report any product related findings to engineering to improve product for partner success

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years successful track record developing partnerships
  • Real Estate background a plus
  • An ability to communicate findings and questions effectively to teammates, and an ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines, projects and priorities
