Position Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Intern will work closely with the HR and talent acquisition teams to support various aspects of the recruitment process. This internship is designed to provide hands-on experience in talent sourcing, candidate screening, and recruitment coordination while contributing to the overall talent acquisition strategy of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sourcing and Candidate Research:

    • Assist in identifying potential candidates through various online platforms, including job boards, LinkedIn, and professional networks.
    • Conduct preliminary research on candidates to assess their qualifications and suitability for specific roles.
  2. Candidate Screening:

    • Review resumes and applications to create a shortlist of qualified candidates.
    • Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate interest and basic qualifications.
  3. Recruitment Coordination:

    • Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and interviewers.
    • Assist in preparing interview materials and candidate evaluation forms.
  4. Data Management:

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
    • Generate recruitment-related reports and analytics as needed.
  5. Employer Branding:

    • Contribute ideas and content for the company's careers page and social media profiles to enhance employer branding.
  6. Administrative Support:

    • Provide administrative support to the talent acquisition team, including document management, filing, and email correspondence.
  7. Learning and Development:

    • Actively seek opportunities to learn about the talent acquisition process and HR best practices.
    • Attend team meetings and training sessions to gain exposure to various aspects of HR.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or recent graduate).
  • Strong interest in talent acquisition and human resources.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with applicant tracking systems is a plus.
  • Enthusiastic and willing to learn.
