Product Manager

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Product Manager to join our Product group and support our Onboarding, Marketplace, and Money Movements teams. This PM will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Design, Operations, Data, Marketing, Compliance, Legal, Growth, and Customer Support to develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps for our Onboarding, Marketplace, and Money Movements vertices.

What You’ll Do:

• Own money movement at SoLo Funds, including wallet deposits and withdrawals, loan fundings and repayments, fraud, external payment methods, and debit card issuing/management
• Own feature product development from conception to launch, defining and analyzing metrics to guide product development in order to create exceptional experiences for our members
• Own product meeting and leadership responsibilities including standups, sprint planning and retros,weekly recaps, ticket and sprint board management, documentation of progress and analyses, and communication with teams across the organization
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Collections, Data, and Design on customer pain points and opportunities
• Synthesize quantitative/qualitative member insights from help desk tickets, app store reviews, social media etc.

You’re a Great Fit if You Have:

• 3+ years of product management experience, including mobile app experience *** Consumer banking product experience, or related fintech experience**
• Critical thinking skills to be able to assess issues past their surface level impact
• Experience with cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders on product initiatives
• Ability to prioritize and articulate your product roadmap across business functions
• Experience with user research, analytics, and stakeholder feedback to support the prioritization of product initiatives
• Experience building credibility and strong relationships within organizations as well as externally with partners and customers

• Experience working on a marketplace-based product
