Implementation Engineer - SaaS Platform (US timezone)

Hopstack’s core product is an advanced SaaS (Software-as-a-service) platform to automate and digitize warehouses and fulfillment centers. Hopstack's advanced digital warehouse software closes the operational visibility and execution control gap between an ERP and a legacy WMS. The Digital warehouse platform also provides out-of-the-box warehouse hardware and software integrations and customizable operational workflows for receiving, putting, picking, packing, sorting, and shipping. The Platform functions as a single point of control for all warehouse operations enabling intelligent control and execution with its built-in AI capabilities. Furthermore, Hopstack's software empowers businesses to gain granular visibility and control of their warehouse operations, eliminate chokepoints and improve fulfillment throughput without scaling costs.

The implementation engineer will be responsible for the post sales implementation experience of Hopstack’s customers across North America. The implementation engineer will work closely with the product, engineering, and sales teams to ensure a seamless onboarding and deployment experience for the customers. The engineer will be responsible for mapping customer requirements to Hopstack’s platform and making all the necessary configuration changes.

Please note that this role is primarily focussed on North America clients so the ** shift timings are 6pm - 3am IST**

Roles & Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the engineering team to implement Hopstack’s Digital Warehouse Suite tailored to customer needs.
• Run implementation projects from initiation to completion successfully and effectively.
• Work alongside the customers to understand, collect and extract the data requirements and then clean and connect the data with the system to enable a digital twin.
• Onboard and provide initial support to customers.
• Evaluate customer and data requirements and provide effort estimates for implementation.
• Own the implementation process completely and take accountability for customer satisfaction during and post-implementation.
• Ensure total efficiency in product capabilities before signing off from the implementation and handing over to the customer team..
• Facilitate successful Go Lives by reviewing all Implementation project plans, identifying and reducing risks, and working closely with various stakeholders.
• Monitor the project's development and progress over its entire life cycle and successfully update senior management on its status through reports, presentations, and one-on-one meetings.
• Responsible for efficient and appropriate resource allocation.
• Work closely with Sales, Solutions, Development, Customer Success for project success.
• Formulate new initiatives –drive team brainstorming meetings to collect original ideas.

*Requirements: *

• 4+ years of consulting and implementation experience in the field of logistics, warehousing or other related functions.
• 4+ years of experience working with customer onboarding and implementation of B2B SaaS or Enterprise Software Platforms
• Analytical and data driven mindset
• Creative mind to formulate solutions for complex problems.
• Experience working with global customers.
