About the job

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities; coordinating business generation activities; developing customized targeted sales strategies.
  2. Develop and execute data-driven growth marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
  3. Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support; answering possible. client questions and follow-up call questions; responding to client requests for proposals (RFPs).
  4. Collaborating with sales and leadership to secure, retain, and grow accounts.
  5. Monitor industry trends and emerging growth marketing tools and techniques, and implement innovative ideas to stay ahead of the competition.
  6. Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospective clients; maintaining a database (Salesforce, CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information.
  7. Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients; closing sales and working with the client through the closing process.
  8. Meeting all quotas for cold, active, and inactive calls, appointments, and interviews; meeting or exceeding annual sales goals.
  9. Maintaining a pipeline of all sales administration using CRM software.
  10. Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short- and long-term business development plans.

Requirements and Qualifications

  1. Experience with lead generation and prospect management.
  2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers.
  3. Persuasive and goal-oriented Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor.
  4. Able to professionally and confidently communicate with C-Level Executives Knowledge of the sales process from initiation to close.
  5. Knowledge of the IT industry.
  6. Excellent analytical, time-management skills and ownership skills.
  7. Demonstrated and proven sales results in the IT industry.
  8. Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team.
  9. Up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in growth marketing.
