Are you an experienced and visionary leader ready to shape the future of mentorship? Join Mentorz, a smart mentorship platform powered by AI, designed to empower individuals to thrive in their careers and help businesses scale leadership, engagement, and growth.

As the Chief Growth Officer (CGO) – Co-Founder, you’ll be at the heart of our mission, driving short-term success through proof-of-concept beachheads with enterprise customers and building long-term revenue and profitability growth. You’ll have the unique opportunity to define and lead strategic initiatives across product, sales, marketing, and operations to scale Mentorz into a category-defining company.

Key Responsibilities:

Enterprise Growth Strategy:

• Drive enterprise customer acquisition and expand proof-of-concept initiatives to demonstrate the platform’s value.
• Build and execute a scalable go-to-market strategy that delivers measurable revenue growth and enterprise impact.

Product and Marketing Leadership:

• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to align product development with market demands and customer feedback.
• Lead lifecycle marketing initiatives to increase adoption, retention, and engagement across key audiences.

Sales and Business Development:

• Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and influencers in enterprise organizations.
• Build a high-performing enterprise sales pipeline and drive deal closure to meet growth targets.

Business Operations and Scalability:

• Establish and optimize processes that enhance efficiency and ensure profitability as the business scales.
• Analyze performance metrics and leverage data-driven insights to inform decision-making and strategy.
