Business Development Intern

Switcheo Labs is a creative and experimental think tank that guides and nurtures decentralized ecosystems in the DeFi space. Founded in 2018, Switcheo Labs was born out of a desire to make finance accessible and trust optional. Recognizing the challenges that currently exist, Switcheo Labs innovates on robust alternatives to put power back where it rightly belongs, in the hands of the people.

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and driven Business Development Intern to join our team. As a Business Development Intern, you will be responsible for identifying potential partners and building relationships with various companies in the crypto industry.

Responsibilities:

• Research and identify potential partners in the crypto industry
• Reach out to potential partners to discuss possible integrations and collaborations
• Build and maintain relationships with existing partners
• Assist with the development of partnership proposals and agreements
• Attend industry events and conferences to represent SwitcheoLabs and network with potential partners
• Participate in Twitter Spaces and other online communities to engage with potential partners and the crypto community at large
• Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and developments

Requirements:

• A strong interest in the crypto industry and its developments
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and research skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Proficient in Google Suite and Notion
• Must be able to commit to at least 3 months of internship

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in business development or sales
• Knowledge of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency
• Experience with partnership development and management
• Familiarity with DeFi protocols and platforms
