Parcl v3 is a perpetual exchange designed for real estate synthetics. It supports cross margined perps trading on various real estate markets. LPs add liquidity to a single LP pool per exchange where they take on trader PnL as well as earn trading fees.

Market index prices are price feeds created by Parcl Labs. The Parcl dev team operates Pyth oracles to stream the Parcl Labs price feeds on-chain.

Initial Responsibilities
Contribute to a codebase that has facilitated over $1.9BN in trading and growing
Write clean and well tested Solana programs using Rust/Anchor and TypeScript
Write and maintain TypeScript and Rust client SDKs
Build Rust client web services, such as APIs and account indexing infrastructure
Perform internal code reviews and audits
Participate in system design and building out backend infrastructure

Requirements
1+ years of experience writing smart contracts in production
Rust/Anchor for on-chain programs
Excellent communication skills and collaboration skills
Shipping software and pushing to production on a daily basis
Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to the relationship between the business and engineering

Nice to haves
Deep understanding of at least 1 blockchain and its programming model
Deep Understanding of the end to end flow of transactions through the Solana network
Understanding of Solana’s programming model and accounts model
Passion for DeFi
Understanding of DeFi primitives
Understanding of traditional finance primitives
