Video and content marketing are at the core of our brand. Over 3 seasons we have created one of the fastest growing content companies in the ski industry - amassing over 10 million Youtube views, 80k subs and one of the top growth rates in the industry (beating all the major brands). We have achieved this with a passion for our customers and an always-learning approach to our content.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about creative production, filming and editing to help us make the world's best skiing content.
The Role
As a Carv content creation lead, you will be responsible for filming and editing world-class skiing content for use in our product and marketing. Your role is to inspire skiers to have more fun, improve their technique and get the most out of every day on snow.
You will work with some of the world’s best skiers, travel around the world and be challenged to tell stories that inspire everyday skiers.
You will work with our head of marketing and creative director to turn ideas into a reality on the snow - creating educational, brand, and entertainment content each winter.

Responsibilities:
- Work directly with the Creative Director to execute incredible on-snow video content
- Operate professional camera equipment including cameras, gimbals, audio mics, and lighting equipment
- Work on-shoot with professional skiers to capture them performing them at their best
- Innovate with new filming techniques, angles and creative ideas
- Assist with the post-production process (working with a full time editor) to prepare videos for social channels, paid ads, and in-app educational content
- Work with a young like-minded team with a passion for snow-sports
- Inspire millions of skiers
Requirements:
- 3+ years video camera experience (at least DSLR level)
- Advanced skiing skills (comfortable switch skiing)
- Understanding of the fundamentals of ski technique
- Ability to ski at high speeds with camera equipment
- A passion for both teaching and learning
- Proficiency with the following post-production programs:
- Adobe Premiere
- Adobe AE
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Lightroom
The Nice-to-Haves
- Technical skiing background
- Know-how with Sony cameras
- German-speaking skills
- A passion for marketing
Location
Could be based in any of the below:
(Our main offices are London and Innsbruck, but we have a flexible working policy)
- London, United Kingdom

Remuneration
- EU 40,000 + depending on experience, with potential for options
- Gear budget
- Option to work from Innsbruck office, and use of Carv’s accommodation there
- Full use of company camera gear
- International work travel (expenses included)
