  • Identifying areas of improvement, tracking, and troubleshooting bugs in the assay development process.
  • Identifying state-of-the-art solutions through literature research.
  • Origination, development and maintenance of relevant documentation including processes, protocols, purchasing specifications, test documentation, and test reports.
  • Supporting product development decision-making processes.

You see yourself in the following traits:

  • Able to inspire and motivate
  • Able to resolve conflict situations in a responsible and respectful manner
  • Able to coordinate effectively and independently with other team members to complete projects
  • Committed to the task at hand while not losing sight of the bigger picture
  • Precise and organized working manner
  • Interested in both deep tech and biology
  • Open minded and flexible in changing environments
  • Comfortable in an international environment

Additional Desirable Requirements

  • Practical experience in mammalian cell culture and handling mammalian cells
  • Ability to handle complex instrumentation
  • Experience working with prototype level hardware and instrumentation
  • Experience using or implementing machine learning models
  • Startup experience

We offer
