The company is formally partnered with CT Corporation, B Labs for Benefit Corporations, and has just reached an agreement in principle with another one of the largest registered agent providers.

Corporate formation has become a loss leader for law firms due to changing customer demands proliferated by LegalZoom. Our software makes the process profitable again by enabling them to perform all of their filing and registered agent needs with their clients seamlessly through branded applications that works on every device. Counsl.co saves firms 5+ hours on average and increases their gross margin by 90%.
