Trim was seeing a lot of traction—they’d signed up with several hiring partners, they had administrators helping coordinate interviews, and they were talking with lots of candidates.

It was time to refocus. They brought a head of talent acquisition in-house, on-site. They reduced the number of hiring tools they used significantly. And they began to trade on their core differentiators. Source Curated became a key product they relied on.

On average, Trim’s team goes from outreach to hire in under a month on Curated. Over nine months, Curated helped Trim's team hire four engineers (and counting).
Being such a small team, Trim also faced another challenge.
